We proudly serve our home community of Stratford, Ontario. At this time we do not service any neighbouring towns.

We send our team out when snow accumulation reaches 5cm. We aim to have our first passes completed by 7/7:30am each morning, but this may depend when the snowstorm hits. A second run is done later each day to clean up any windrows left from city plows.

No! You can move your vehicles for our clean up run later that day. By opting into our alert system you can be notified when your tractor is nearby to move any vehicles or other obstructions to get a full clean.

Sure! By opting in to our alert system you can choose to receive alerts by text, call and/or email to be notified when your operator is near. More than one person can receive these alerts. Not sure if you're opted in? Send us an email with the info you'd like added to your account. 

We offer door and walkway shovelling, ice melt buckets topped up all season, and full driveway salting services new to the upcoming 2026-2027 season! Add these to your cart at sign up.

We will typically send our salt trucks out after we complete our first pass with the tractors so the salt can work away at the base and hard pack. We would also send our trucks out if we are anticipating a flash freeze - before your driveway can become a sheet of ice.

We do! When you select the payment plan option at check out we will send you a link for a $50 deposit to secure your spot. The remainder of your balance will be divided equally and you will receive your monthly invoices beginning November 1st. If you would like to discuss your payment plan options or use postdated cheques please reach out to our team.

Yes! Whether you need help with a one-time clearing or a custom short term period we'd be happy to help you through this season in whatever capacity suits you. Send us an email to discuss your needs. 

Delayed storm cleanup is on an as needed basis - so please let us know if you need it! A quick email is the easiest way for us to keep track of who needs follow up. If you haven't heard from us that we are doing a full run of our routes we encourage you to reach out directly - your customer satisfaction is important to us!

Yes. We typically offer a few days of snow hauling services late in the season when we see the need for this service rising. Our active client list will be notified directly when we begin offering this service. If you are not an existing client and would like to inquire about this service please send us an email.
