Reliable Snow Removal Services

* Snow blowing means blowing snow from an agreed upon area to any permissible area nearby.

* Hauling away or moving piles of snow, hand shoveling, sanding or de-icing are not included in this contract.

* Hand shoveling is available. See our price list

* Included are follow up visits after city plows and repeat cleaning during prolonged or heavy snowfalls.

* The timing of visits will vary from storm to storm and Elite Snowblowing (The Contractor) can remove snow from your property at any time.

* You (the client) agree to have the contractor use the space beside your driveway for accumulation of snow from snow blowing.

* The term of this contract runs from November 1st to April 15th of the season up to a total of 10 ft or 300 cm of snow accumulation.

* If vehicles are parked in the driveway when snow blowing commences, snow will only be cleared from accessible areas that are open to the street.

* The Contractor will not be responsible for damage to any objects that are in the designated snow removal area. This could include but not limited to basketball nets, garbage cans, recycling bins, paint cans, plant pots, toys, hockey sticks, Christmas lights, extension cords, eavestrough downspouts etc. Please make sure all items are removed from your driveway before each snowstorm.

* The Contractor is responsible for only snow blowing. Elite Snowblowing does not ensure a safe and slip free surface and shall not be held responsible for personal injury or slips and falls.

* By signing up for this service I WAIVE, RELEASE & DISCHARGE  from any and all liability, personal injury, including but not limited to, liability arising from the negligence or fault of the entities or persons released, for any disability, personal injury, property damage, or actions of any kind which may hereafter occur to me, Elite Snowblowing and/or their directors, officers, employees, representatives, and agents as applicable; and I INDEMNIFY, HOLD HARMLESS, AND PROMISE NOT TO BRING ACTION AGAINST Elite Snowblowing for any and all liabilities and claims.

* Payment Structure:

Payment is due in full on signing of the contract.

Another option is five monthly payments with the first payment due on November 1st, 2025 and then December 1st, January 1st, February 1st, March 1st.

* If any payment is not made as above then Service will stop until satisfactory arrangements are made. In the case of NSF cheques, bank charges will be added to the invoice amount

* Either party may terminate this contract if the other party breached a material term of this contract and fails to cure the breach within 10 days of receiving written notice of the breach. This does not apply if payment is not made on time.

* The Client may not terminate this contract without cause and the client must pay the amounts owed for services provided up to the termination date.

* The Contractor will maintain comprehensive insurance with a liability up to $2,000,000 coverage.

* The Contractor will be responsible for any damage caused to the clients property by the contractors equipment or operators during the performance of the services.
